3. Orders and Payments

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors. Custom projects are individually quoted based on consultation.

3.3 Payment

Payment is required at the time of order for retail products. For custom installations and transformations, a deposit (typically 50%) is required upon project approval, with the balance due upon completion.

Initial consultations are complimentary and do not obligate you to proceed with any services or purchases.

4.2 Custom Orders

Custom-made items and installed shelving systems are non-returnable and non-refundable. We require approval of all designs and measurements before proceeding with custom work.

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to material availability, artisan scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping

We ship throughout the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination. International shipping may be available upon request.

5.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5.3 Installation Services

Installation services are primarily available in the London area and surrounding regions. We may arrange installation in other areas on a case-by-case basis.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Standard Products

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6.2 Custom Products

Custom-made items, installed shelving systems, and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6.3 Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you.
